About
Being a naturalist in the 21st century means discovery, rediscovery, and self-discovery. While much of our natural surroundings has already been described and named, much has evaded the human eye. And, with the vast amount of knowledge available on the internet and in print, you might "rediscover" a forgotten secret of life on earth. Presenting known facts in a different light, or photographing life from a new angle, is still a form of discovery left to the everyday naturalists among us. Don't forget that being a naturalist also requires introspection. What do these discoveries mean to you personally? How can they change your perspective on the environment, humanity, and life? Let your inner naturalist emerge, and join the conversation!
